About Us Eureka Photo Design showcases the stock photography of Ellen Isaacs and offers photo retouching and custom image design services to the commercial market. Starting with stock photos, our clients' images, or photos we shoot for a project, we create new images that effectively communicate a concept or product, often compositing several images together. (See some examples.) We pride ourselves in our ability to work quickly and effectively with our clients. We take care to understand your needs, and then work to provide the image requested within your deadline, offering multiple opportunities to provide feedback when appropriate. We tend to work with smaller design studios and small businesses and offer reasonable rates for our services. Ellen Isaacs has been photographing for over 15 years and designing images in Photoshop for nearly as long. Her passion is for creating compelling images by combining her photos with creative compositing techniques. After working on images part time for many years, she attended the Rocky Mountain School of Photography Summer Intensive and Digital Intensive programs, where she greatly enhanced her skills in both photography and digital design. Her images were among the few selected by RMSP to advertise their traditional and digital programs in their paper catalogue and on their website. She went on to a full-time photography career and began creating custom images for commercial clients. Her images have appeared in popular and trade magazines and in commercial brochures, and she has won several local photography awards. Ellen's stock photos are also sold through World of Stock, age fotostock, Acclaim Images, and Alamy. She has sold her photographs at California art & wine festivals and as greeting cards in local shops such as Capitola Book Cafe, Bookshop Santa Cruz, and Bookworks.
